Hypercube Intelligence
When the architecture is right, operational intelligence becomes possible.
What this is
The advisory practice works on the architectural layer. Hypercube Intelligence works on what follows.
The advisory practice identifies why organisational signals are degraded: the structural gaps between source systems and the decisions that depend on them. That work is foundational. It is not, however, the only problem a professional services firm has.
Firms that bid for government work, place consultants and manage delivery face a different set of intelligence problems. An unmanageable tender pipeline. Subjective candidate shortlisting. Bid responses drafted under time pressure from scratch every time. These are not architectural problems. They are operational ones, and they have different answers.
Hypercube Intelligence is those answers: a platform built on the same principles as the advisory practice, deployed for the specific decisions professional services firms make every day.
Intelligence modules
Two modules. Two decisions. Both structured.
Module 01
Tenders WA Intelligence
Tender pipeline management for WA Government contracting.
Most firms tracking WA Government tender opportunities are doing it manually: spreadsheets, email alerts, someone’s memory of what is coming up. The result is reactive. Too many opportunities evaluated too late, bid decisions made on instinct rather than analysis and responses drafted under pressure from generic templates that do not fit the brief.
- Live opportunity pipeline with automated scoring against your firm’s registered capabilities and historical performance. New opportunities are evaluated before your business development team has to touch them.
- Bid prioritisation across capability fit, contract value, deadline feasibility and strategic alignment. Your team focuses effort on opportunities worth winning.
- Auto-Compose a four-step AI drafting chain that produces a structured, capability-aligned tender response draft in the time it previously took to find the right template.
- Decision ledger and win rate analytics that accumulate over time. Every bid decision logged with its rationale, every outcome recorded, informing future scoring with actual performance data.
Module 02
Talent Intelligence
Structured candidate matching for consulting placement.
Candidate shortlisting is one of the most time-intensive and inconsistent processes in consulting recruitment. CVs are reviewed against role requirements manually, often by different people using different criteria, with no structured model for what best fit actually means. The strongest candidate is not always the most recent, the most familiar or the one whose CV happens to sit at the top of the pile.
- Weighted matching algorithm scoring candidates across technical skills at 50%, domain experience at 20%, qualifications at 20% and availability at 10%. Weights are configurable by role type.
- Structured shortlist view with a per-dimension score breakdown, so shortlisting decisions rest on consistent, transparent criteria rather than recency or familiarity.
- Branded CV export produces polished output in your firm’s format, ready for client submission, with no manual reformatting between candidate selection and delivery.
- Built through iterative co-design with a live consulting client rather than in a product lab. The features reflect the real shortlisting problems practitioners face, refined across sessions until the output matched actual need.
Reference engagement
Both modules were built through a live engagement with BroadReach Consulting, a Western Australian management consulting firm. They reflect BroadReach’s actual operational requirements, iterated to production through the same AI enablement programme that preceded the platform’s deployment.

Hypercube Intelligence is built for one type of firm.
Professional services firms that bid for government work, place consultants on client engagements and are accountable for the quality of the work those consultants deliver. If that describes your organisation, these are your decisions, and this is the intelligence layer for them.
You bid on government procurement opportunities and the volume or complexity of the pipeline makes manual evaluation inefficient. You are missing opportunities you should be winning, or investing in bids you should not be taking.
Your candidate shortlisting is time-intensive and inconsistent. Different people apply different criteria. The model for best fit lives in someone’s head, not in a system.
You are already invested in the Microsoft ecosystem. Hypercube Intelligence is deployed on Azure and connected to your Microsoft Entra ID. There is no new identity infrastructure to build.
You want operational intelligence without a multi-year implementation. Initial setup, including module configuration, data source integration and user provisioning, typically completes within three weeks of engagement start.
Deployment
Three steps. Operational in weeks.
Hypercube Intelligence is containerised, Azure-hosted and integrated with your existing Microsoft identity stack. No new infrastructure. No internal IT project.
01
Entra ID connection
Connected to your existing Microsoft identity stack. Role-based access controls are inherited from your existing tenant, so each user sees only the modules and data relevant to their function.
02
Module configuration
Each module is configured against your firm’s specific context: registered capabilities, tender focus areas, talent pool structure and scoring preferences. This is not a generic deployment.
03
Live and operational
Deployed to Azure App Service via a containerised build pipeline. Ongoing updates are managed by Hypercube, with no internal IT overhead beyond the initial connection.
If these are your decisions, we should talk.
Hypercube Intelligence is configured for your firm’s specific context: the modules, the capability profile, the scoring model. The first step is understanding whether your operational decisions match what the platform is built to support.
